The John Guest Colt Woodsman Collection
This was the personal collection of Mr. John Guest, of Dallas Texas. John built this magnificent collection over about a 30 year period, and decided to liquidate in November 2002. The pistols were listed here as a service for fellow collectors and visitors to this web site, and to assist John in publicizing his collection for sale. The collection has been sold, but photos and descriptions are being kept online here for reference by present and future collectors.
Many of these guns are exceptionally rare, and some are one of a kind. Others are in extremely fine condition, such as is seldom encountered nowadays.
