Serial number 20001, with its detachable shoulder stock, is on the BATF list of "Curios and Relics." Checkered trigger and front and rear grip straps. Extremely rare Monarch Arms "Rifle-ette" stocks made by Monarch Arms in Los Angeles CA in the 1920's. The grips and detachable shoulder stock are made of aluminum. The shoulder stock attaches to a lug on the left grip panel with a thumb screw. No one knows how many were made, much less how many survive, but only three are known to collectors.
