First Series Target, Sport & Match Target

1. Colt .22 Automatic Pistol (Prewoodsman) serial number 40584 in excellent condition with over 98% plus of the original Colt blue finish. No box. Complete with a model 1923 Maxim Silencer serial number I. R. S. 5279. Excellent over all condition. $10,750. This Prewoodsman was purchased over 20 years ago from a gentleman who had acquired it from the FBI Museum years earlier. His story was that had been used by one of Al Capone's henchmen to execute some of their competition in Chicago. Class III, registered and legal.

Colt First Series Target Woodsman, Serial Number 157417, Prewar/Postwar Target, assembled by Colt after WWII from left over prewar parts. 6 5/8 inch tapered barrel, adjustable Patridge front sight, extended plastic grips. 97% original Colt postwar black magic blue finish. This has been in the collection for over 20 years. $1400.00

3. 1st Series Prewar/Postwar Target Woodsman, assembled by Colt after WWII from left over prewar parts. SN 185302. 6 5/8 inch tapered barrel, adjustable Patridge front sight, correct extended plastic grips. 98% original Postwar Colt Black Magic Blue finish. Near impossible to upgrade. This has been in the collection for over 20 years. $1495
